Meet Steve Ries and John Conners
About Steven Ries:
Steve has been providing private client wealth management services since 2007. Prior to LPL, he was associated with UBS and Janney Montgomery Scott. In addition to tailored recommendations for private clients and their families, Steve’s areas of focus include helping businesses navigate the complexities of 401(k)s and other qualified retirement plans.
Steve began his career with Towers Perrin, an international retirement consulting firm, managing corporate clients in the defined contribution retirement area. It was during this time that he earned his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Going above and beyond for his clients has always been a core principle for Steve and he has applied that approach to his on-going education. Accordingly, Steve attained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional certification in 2013 to better prepare for working with clients and their families.
Steve received his undergraduate degree from Lynchburg University in Lynchburg, VA.
Steve and his wife Leslie live in Cherry Hill, NJ and have two grown children, Robert and Lindsay, as well as two rescue dogs. His family is involved in supporting animal rescue efforts as well as Canine Companions for Independence – a non-profit that provides assistance dogs to recipients.

About John Conners:
John graduated from Rider University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Since then, he has become an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor and has been making a significant impact in the financial services industry for over a decade.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, John is a cornerstone of his community. He serves as a board member for the Voorhees Township REC Committee, and he wears many hats as the president of the Voorhees Golf Association, the Gibbsboro & Voorhees Athletic Association (GVAA), and the Voorhees Swim Club. Additionally, he contributes his leadership skills as the vice president of the Voorhees Basketball Association (VBA).
John’s commitment to his community is matched by his dedication to his family. He resides in Voorhees, NJ, with his wife Christina and their two children, Ryan and Luke. Whether he’s shaping futures or fostering local sports and recreation, John’s passion and dedication shine through in everything he does.
